Pottery at Chello Cafe

Make your own mug, bowl, or plate and get to paint them too while enjoying drinks and pastries from Chello Cafe with the company of friends, family or new friends on July 5, Saturday!

In this beginner friendly workshop, you will learn to make ceramics with just your hands and a little help of some pottery tools! You can also paint your works in this workshop or opt for it to be glazed with our colored glazes. A brief pottery lesson will be discussed and then we will proceed to making your ceramics alongside the demo of the instructor.

Drink and pastry of your choice will be served by Chello Cafe.

Workshop Fee: 2,100 per person

10% Student Discount: 1,890 per person (present your student ID on the workshop day)

Inclusions: 

• 1 drink of choice from Chello Cafe
• 1 pastry of choice from Chello Cafe
• Discount vouchers from Chello Cafe and Potherese
• Basic pottery lesson
• Handbuilding demo
• Stoneware clay 
• Use of pottery tools, underglazes (paint), and aprons
• Glazing and firing of 1 ceramic (mug, bowl, or plate)

Your work will be available for pick-up at Chello Cafe 8-10 weeks after the workshop as it depends on the drying time of your piece and available kiln space.

About cancellation or refunds:

We do not do cancellations so make sure your schedule fits the workshop schedule. We understand things happen and we can only allow transferring of slots to another person.
